“Went to the Prattville Ok store on Friday. Had a little time to kill. I didnt get the young clerks name but she she was AMAZING!! Greeted me and came right up to see if I needed help. Told her I had a little time to kill and was looking around. She checked on me a couple times asked if I need a fitting room and took my selections to the room. I bought all the items I tried on. Wish I had gotten her name for this review. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.”
“I used to not visit Cato as frequently as I do, but now, I’m a weekly to every two weeks customer. Besides great merchandising, and finding fashion forward career and casual clothes, I have a blast. Cindy & Laura are #1 ladies when it comes to customer service, answering my questions, ordering sizes I need from other stores, and just plain ‘havin a good time! I’ve noticed several times when I’ve gone in there, that all the ladies in the store are mingling and chatting. It’s genuinely a friendly atmosphere and there’s often times a little line at both cash registers. The business is steady & those are the reasons why. I look forward to treating myself to retail therapy at the Market Street Cato in Johnson City!”
“On Christmas Eve of all dates... in Monticello Indiana (store #00097, cashier & salesperson #101) Lisa Doggondorf was ready to close her store and head home for her family celebrations.
I literally am flapping my arms from my vehicle pleading for her to let me attempt to find a 5x plain shirt. FedEx had my Amazon ordered item at 5pm shows up in my drive way and can't find my package even though he had my name on his route. So I am scrambling last minute. Going over by 2 minutes.... I left as the happiest and most blessed customer on Christmas Eve and it is all due to Ms. Lisa.

I came in to return clothes that were too big, and instead of just processing the return, they helped me find pants, blouses, a cardigan and matching jewelry. “I have to rave on Alexia and Haylie at store #00512 located in Millington, TN. Alexia was so patient and went above and beyond to help me get old gift cards I had that didn’t have a pin #. She called every number she had on file and finally got my GC situation resolved. Haylie has a bright and happy smile. They both compliment each other as they work. My husband was with me, and as I was in the dressing room, Corita assisted him in finding the correct size and fit. She offered advice as to which fit I would like. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. Her smile and willingness to help was an attribute to this store experience.”
“I absolutely love shopping at Catos. My only complaint is that 95 percent of tops and dresses are cut so that the cleavage is showing. So many things I wanted to buy but couldn't. No pin or broch could fix it. Please try to do better.”
