“The salesperson at the Cato in Eunice Louisiana today was fabulous. Liz Frank went above and beyond to help my daughter find just the right clothes. She was full of compliments and advice. We are from out of town but would drive back just because of her!”

“The Cato Fashions store in Ahoskie NC #00066 is awesome. Two women imparticular that help me are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They keep that store in tip top shape. It's always neat and tidy, the clothes on the racks are arranged in order by size. I enjoy my shopping experience there. I highly recommend this store and the above and beyond staff.”

“I have to rave on Alexia and Haylie at store #00512 located in Millington, TN. Alexia was so patient and went above and beyond to help me get old gift cards I had that didn’t have a pin #. She called every number she had on file and finally got my GC situation resolved. Haylie has a bright and happy smile. They both compliment each other as they work. I will definitely be going back to this location and hope they’re there to help me pick out my outfits. Highly recommend this place for fabulous customer service.”

“Amber at the Burleson Catos was so polite and helpful she went and found the skirt I was looking for my wife in a wheel chair she said she would hold it till I go there this afternoon, amazing customer service, nothing like the one I just call off Cooper st in Arlington and had to deal with a store manager having a bad day. Nothing!”

“Others would like to see lush Cato Fashions CUSTO'MER SERV;ICE +1 8O5 41O 56OO ] Modcloth𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢and beautiful gardens but instead are greeted by overgrown, dead or otherwise messy landscapes. “We visited the Hattiesburg store today. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. There was one specific employee, Corita Allen, TSM, who went above and beyond to assist us. My husband was with me, and as I was in the dressing room, Corita assisted him in finding the correct size and fit. She offered advice as to which fit I would like. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. Her smile and willingness to help was an attribute to this store experience.”

“I absolutely love shopping at Catos. My only complaint is that 95 percent of tops and dresses are cut so that the cleavage is showing. So many things I wanted to buy but couldn't. No pin or broch could fix it. Please try to do better.”

“The ladies are always helpful and friendly. They know what I like and when I go In they let me know they may have something I like. I have bought several long skirts and blouses there. This store in Wetumpka, Alabama I give a 5 star 🌟.”

“I needed a couple of nice outfits for a trip that came up all of a sudden. Cato’s have a variety of nice clothes that don’t break the bank. Clothes, jewelry, shoes anything you need for a nice quick wardrobe. Jeans and Capris are my favorite items to buy. Take a look! Great employees too! No! I’m not an employee.....”

“Me and my sister went to Cato's in Alcoa TN. Let me tell the two woman that was working on 4/14/2024 were so kind, sweet and such a big help. We were trying to find clothes for a wedding. We both found something. I give them.a 10 out 10. I highly recommend that store. Hope you will be as lucky as we were to have the same two woman help you. They are amazing. Thank you for your help. I most definitely will be back.”

“My sister and I went to the Cato's in Celina Ohio 15 min. before it closed. They wouldn't let us try our clothes on because they had already cleaned the dressing rooms. My sister had around $150.00 worth of clothing and I had about $100.00. We are grown adults and would not trash the dressing rooms. Pretty sad that they would pass up a sale instead of staying a few minutes late. I thought if a store said they were open until 6 that meant 6, not 5:45. Their loss.”
