I ordered a pair of their pants online -- they arrived stained and damaged. When I reached out to customer service about a shipping label return, they said I had to pay for the return shipping. Daisha (customer service person) denied being able to see (obvious) damage in the photos I sent and refused to help in any way.
Daisha's rudeness and lack of skills resulted in Cato losing a customer over a $6.95 shipping label.
