By reading the reviews of other customers, it has become painfully clear that Catos management does not care about customer service. I’m in Sioux Falls, SD. The “store manager” is very rude and uncaring. They used to care when someone entered the store. But now they just ignore you. When you bought something, the sales person used to walk around the counter, smile and hand you your purchase. Now they barely look up. It has changed so much. , you never know if you should drive all the way to the store since it’s hit and miss that someone will actually be working there.
I don’t know who does your interviewing for a job positions but it needs serious improvement stop worrying about employee theft (I heard it 1st hand) and start worrying about getting customers what they want and what they need.
