I did a layaway with my local Cato store in August 9. I stated I was putting 15.00 down on it and the girl was apparently new. She misunderstood what I said and I got charged 50.00(my account) I told her I said 15.00. Another lady then came over and supposedly corrected it and said my 35.00 would be refunded within 2 days to my card. My card was charged for 35.00 then 15.00. I have been to the local store numerous times to fix this and even got a statement from my bank showing the money deducted from my account but has yet to be returned to me. I want this resolved now!! Been nearly a month! Where is my 35.00??
