I have been a customer of Cato's for years. On July 21, 2025 I visited the Monticello, Indiana store and ran across the rudest employee. She watched us like a hawk like we were going to steal. I bought items and paid cash and she didn't even thank me. I was there with my sister and niece and they felt the same way. The receipt shows it was salesperson 101. I have worked retail for years and that is no way to treat a paying customer.
