The staff weren't friendly. There was no welcome or smile. Every minute that we stood waiting in their office for the van was obviously a complete inconvenience for them. We were passed between 5 members of staff and it was obvious no one had a clue what they were doing.
Had to wait almost two weeks for a deposit to be returned. Won't be using again.
