The ordering process was great and easy- the shipping email for 1 of the 3 items I ordered was crazy fast- 2 packages sent to one address were damaged and an antenna I ordered had the wire whip hanging out the bottom.. prices increased when I went to reorder 2 more antennas and another radio so I got them from another vendor... not a bad experience I will leave a review of the radio when the CB shop gets done at the radio shop....
