“I ordered a couple of Hustler QD-2 quick disconnects. The CB Radio Supply had a very competitive price on them so I took a chance and did not go with my normal supplier DX Engineering. I paid for the upgraded shipping to UPS, but they took my money and used USPS to ship the items. They did not arrive in time and are still somewher "In the Mail." I wrote their customer service in an attempt to at least get a refund for the enhanced shipping fee, but alas, they have totallhy ghosted me.
