“You site said product would ship in 3 to 4 days but it took 7 days. Your site has no phone contact person to check on an order. There was no contact to inform me my order was delayed so I was going to file a claim with Ups.”
As with any item if you feel you have purchased the wrong item please use the returns tab on the site and file for a return. The sr-497 has had several different power cords over the years. We only offer the newer style since that is the only one Stryker offers.

“I can’t review the product, it still hasn’t been delivered. It was ordered on 1/26/23 and the product is still in CA. The shipping with USPS is horrible and I would suggest another shipping method. If I knew it would be this long I wouldn’t have ordered it. I have gone to the local CB shop and purchased this item.”
There is nothing on our site that guarantees delivery dates. Delivery estimates are just that estimates. Our Shipping Info page clearly states this. Please feel free to return your item for a full refund if you are unsatisfied.

“They talked me into paying an extra $40 for tuning and peaking but my SWR is still reading 2, which means there's more room for improvement, I would definitely purchase a radio from them again but I would not have them work on it”

“I got a good deal, but they shipped my antenna wrapped in paper, and separately shipped by pa speaker in bubble wrap alone. I have yet to hook up the parts, but I would not be surprised if the antenna and speaker are damaged. These items should of been protected better for shipping.”
