“Got my skipshooter antenna pretty fast. No problems with this store. I give 3 stars only because my antenna did not arrive with a cap to cover the top. I just assumed that it would come with one, though it may not. It's a small things and is easily fixed. Other than that, no complaints”

“I have bought two radios from CB Radio supply but I probably will not use them again. I received all that I ordered and everything works fine but they seem to be impossible to contact so if you have an issue it could be a real problem. They need a better customer service.”

“The packaging was subpar. Just wrapped in brown paper. Hopefully the antenna isn't damaged. Both ends had poked through the package. I guess that I will find out when I install it later this week.”
“The ordering process was great and easy- the shipping email for 1 of the 3 items I ordered was crazy fast- 2 packages sent to one address were damaged and an antenna I ordered had the wire whip hanging out the bottom.. prices increased when I went to reorder 2 more antennas and another radio so I got them from another vendor... not a bad experience I will leave a review of the radio when the CB shop gets done at the radio shop....

“How did you peak and tune the radio? There was not a screw on the case that was touched. And I sent a message about repairing the same radio and was told contact Stryker. Kind of wonder who I bought from.”
“Vendor sent wrong item. I ordered a black CB microphone and received a chrome one. Did not complain so unsure of Vendor response in this situation. Other than that, no complaints.”
“I ordered my Galaxy on 4 April and did not get it until today, 12 April even though you sent it Priority Mail. This is unsat. You should chang your carriers to either UPS or Fedex.”
