“First order, spent a about 120 bucks, no big deal, I get it... Paid for UPS shipping because we all know USPS has issues. Doing an install job for someone, so timing is kind of a thing. So here I am now with my order lost in the USPS network and no one will respond to my emails, if there was a phone number to call I would. Extremely frustrated with this purchase experience. No communication from this company what so ever. Avoid them if you are actually needing something for a job. “Ordered expedited shipping Nov. 24 for an additional $17.50, didn't receive until Dec. 5, was transferred from UPS to USPS and was charged an additional $11.80 to pick up. Shipping total $29.30, when should have been free for non-committal service and false advertisement! Next time will do business with CB World or Right Channel Radio.”
