“Ordered expedited shipping Nov. 24 for an additional $17.50, didn't receive until Dec. 5, was transferred from UPS to USPS and was charged an additional $11.80 to pick up. Shipping total $29.30, when should have been free for non-committal service and false advertisement! Next time will do business with CB World or Right Channel Radio.”

“Prices were, average. Shipping cut the packaging off, I guess to make things fit better. When antenna arived it had the mounting and tuninng directions cut off the packaging, and the whip was bent. Asked lance for a picture off the directions and just got told thatthey are all the same you just raise or lower it to set it. Guess we'll try Wilcox next time. Thanks for all your help there lance!”

“I ordered a couple of Hustler QD-2 quick disconnects. The CB Radio Supply had a very competitive price on them so I took a chance and did not go with my normal supplier DX Engineering. I paid for the upgraded shipping to UPS, but they took my money and used USPS to ship the items. They did not arrive in time and are still somewher "In the Mail." I wrote their customer service in an attempt to at least get a refund for the enhanced shipping fee, but alas, they have totallhy ghosted me. For my $, I will go with DX Engineering in the future, Tim Duffy, K3LR, has a great team with exceptional service. .../Art K0ACP”
