“Made a order for a 3’ jumper and a 50’ run of 213 coax only received the jumper multiple emails sent only one response with the tracking number obviously I know the tracking number I only received the jumper. But paid for both . No Communication”
“I've received the install kit very quickly and I knew that it would take a couple of days for the antenna to arrive which is understandable. However, I was only sent a tracking number for the install kit and not for the antenna. I've email, messaged on your website and even looked up your phone number I received no reply to the messages or voicemail in regards to a tracking number. I was finally able to locate one from the usps website but it's showing an unknown delivery date. Not very happy with the customer service. I understand your company cannot control the usps service but all I want was a tracking number for my antenna. Now my antenna is still not here and I needed it by this weekend.”
“On 8-7-23, I received my packages. I noticed one bent. Which was the antenna I order. When I open it, it was definitely bent. I reached out via phone, a messaged was left and till this day I haven’t received a call back. My experience as of right now isn’t very good.”

Customer has never reached out to us related to any issues with the order. All CW amplifiers require some form of work in order to use them as a Transmitter outside of CW.
