“Ordered a coax cable with one single end on one end & dual ends on the other side of the cable & got sent a basic coax cable with single ends on both sides. Company will not answer or send emails to return my incorrect product that I need to return”
“Yes I made a purchase October 19 received email of tracking still saying its awaiting usps pickup on October 22 and have emailed several times and left messages on your site for updates and October 29 I still havent received my order..I also left Voicemail with my phone contact information so if someone can contact me and let me know where my order is and why I havent received it. “Prices were, average. Shipping cut the packaging off, I guess to make things fit better. When antenna arived it had the mounting and tuninng directions cut off the packaging, and the whip was bent. Asked lance for a picture off the directions and just got told thatthey are all the same you just raise or lower it to set it. Guess we'll try Wilcox next time. Thanks for all your help there lance!”
“i'll never order from this business again. The item that arrived was certaintly not the item pictured on the website. As much as I have tried it has been hopeless contacting anyone by phone, text, emai or even snail maill. So I'm thinking I'll just have to suck it up on this purchase and not do business here again.”
“I ordered a couple of Hustler QD-2 quick disconnects. The CB Radio Supply had a very competitive price on them so I took a chance and did not go with my normal supplier DX Engineering. I paid for the upgraded shipping to UPS, but they took my money and used USPS to ship the items. They did not arrive in time and are still somewher "In the Mail." I wrote their customer service in an attempt to at least get a refund for the enhanced shipping fee, but alas, they have totallhy ghosted me. For my $, I will go with DX Engineering in the future, Tim Duffy, K3LR, has a great team with exceptional service. .../Art K0ACP”
“This place is the worst, no communication! I’ve called and left messages via voice mail, emailed lance 3 times with no response and paid for one day UPS shipping and got standard usps shipping, I’ve tried asking for refund but again, no COMMUNICATION 100% do not recommend!”
