“Not a good experience. Seems radio was filled through a third party through Amazon and not sure it was even peaked and pro tuned. If you order a radio from a radio shop it should come from them. Fuse housing was cracked and won’t stay together so l will have to repair the power cord before it will work. I wouldn’t buy anything from CB Supply!!!!”
“My order was shipped but evidently got lost in shipping...I’ve emailed them for days and no help and last email no response..so I called the phone number listed and the guy was a real smart butt!!! Said they didn’t answer questions about shipments on the phone????...do not order because if you have shipping problems you’re going to just loose your money...NO help!!..oh and gave one star because it wouldn’t let me submit with zero”
“CB Radio Supply has great prices but they will no longer receive any business from me because of a $16.20 Spring. I will not recommend CB Radio Supply to any of my friends, family members, or members of any social media club. If negative stars could be given for customer service they would have been well earn.”
