“I have no idea why you would sell me a product that has a wire that I have to solder to a board before I can use my amp. I guess I learned my lesson.”
Customer has never reached out to us related to any issues with the order. All CW amplifiers require some form of work in order to use them as a Transmitter outside of CW.

“Recently received this after waiting for my new radio!. A damaged radio, waiting to see what they want to do “ I even offered to drive four hours one way to exchange it” so far they are not that concerned going off how slow they are to communicate to me. I will update review once it’s figured out.”

Only got one answer said shipping department mistake,said could send me different ones I’ve e-mailed every day this week still nothing. I would not recommend this company Joseph Daniels”
“Ordered a swr meter and jumper along with a hustler sbc antenna. Received the swr but still haven’t received the antenna. Clicked on the link to report it and after emailing Lance a few days ago I’ve not heard back from anyone nor do I have the antenna yet.”
