“Recently received this after waiting for my new radio!. A damaged radio, waiting to see what they want to do “ I even offered to drive four hours one way to exchange it” so far they are not that concerned going off how slow they are to communicate to me. I will update review once it’s figured out.”
“Wasn't happy with the radio and been trying to return it since the 1st day I received it. Did a return request like was told but still no answer back on how to send it back .. If you call store you get a recording and hardly any help by email.”
“I ordered a cb have tuned and two antennas 9/1 /21 I received cb about a week latter no antennas. I e-mailed several times for past two weeks. Only got one answer said shipping department mistake,said could send me different ones I’ve e-mailed every day this week still nothing. I would not recommend this company Joseph Daniels”
“Ordered a swr meter and jumper along with a hustler sbc antenna. Received the swr but still haven’t received the antenna. Clicked on the link to report it and after emailing Lance a few days ago I’ve not heard back from anyone nor do I have the antenna yet.”
“I received the wrong item. I got no response from my request to return/exchange the incorrect microphone I was sent. My call and email went unanswered as well. I order the correct item from another vendor and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.”
“When I got the radio installed, every time I key the mic, it blows the fuse. Pretty disappointed. I won't be doing any more business here, and I'd advise anyone else to go else where for this type of business.”

“Placed order on Dec 9 and showed order had been shipped and was due to arrive on Dec 14 but checked order status on Dec 16 and shows waiting to be picked up and still shows the same status today. I wish to cancel. Order has taken too long to be shipped out.”

“Worst Company I’ve ever dealt with, Black Friday sale on proton 99 base station antenna. I received a tracking number on November 30 saying your item has shipped.....
That’s it, nothing else, the tracking hasn’t been updated, the post office hasn’t received anything and it’s from some place called Effingham Radio Repair.
They took my money and that’s it, I’ve started a dispute to get my money back. Do some research before ordering. I should have as you’ll see plenty of shady BS with this company.
I’m sure nobody will see this, one word...BEWARE.”
