“Placed order on Dec 9 and showed order had been shipped and was due to arrive on Dec 14 but checked order status on Dec 16 and shows waiting to be picked up and still shows the same status today. I wish to cancel. Order has taken too long to be shipped out.”

That’s it, nothing else, the tracking hasn’t been updated, the post office hasn’t received anything and it’s from some place called Effingham Radio Repair.
They took my money and that’s it, I’ve started a dispute to get my money back. Do some research before ordering. I should have as you’ll see plenty of shady BS with this company.

“Itioms were shipped through the post office finly showed up three days late according to their tracking and then I had to drive across town to pick it up at post office .the antenna that I ordered was black not red”

Customer ordered using his wife's name so we could not find the order and he did not know his order number. Perhaps in the future you should order in your own name and keep a copy of your order number so that we better help find the information.
“Not a good experience. Seems radio was filled through a third party through Amazon and not sure it was even peaked and pro tuned. If you order a radio from a radio shop it should come from them. Fuse housing was cracked and won’t stay together so l will have to repair the power cord before it will work. I wouldn’t buy anything from CB Supply!!!!”
“My order was shipped but evidently got lost in shipping...I’ve emailed them for days and no help and last email no response..so I called the phone number listed and the guy was a real smart butt!!! Said they didn’t answer questions about shipments on the phone????...do not order because if you have shipping problems you’re going to just loose your money...NO help!!..oh and gave one star because it wouldn’t let me submit with zero”
