“Ordered a cb radio with 3’ antennas. Received the radio but no antennas. Been trying to get ahold of customers service by email or phone and haven’t gotten any responses. Hopefully we get this solved.”

“Recently received this after waiting for my new radio!. A damaged radio, waiting to see what they want to do “ I even offered to drive four hours one way to exchange it” so far they are not that concerned going off how slow they are to communicate to me. I will update review once it’s figured out.”

“Ordered a swr meter and jumper along with a hustler sbc antenna. Received the swr but still haven’t received the antenna. Clicked on the link to report it and after emailing Lance a few days ago I’ve not heard back from anyone nor do I have the antenna yet.”
“I received the wrong item. I got no response from my request to return/exchange the incorrect microphone I was sent. My call and email went unanswered as well. I order the correct item from another vendor and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.”
“When I got the radio installed, every time I key the mic, it blows the fuse. Pretty disappointed. I won't be doing any more business here, and I'd advise anyone else to go else where for this type of business.”
