“I recieved my radio in a timely manner, but the radio does not work , no band is selection, has not been tweaked and peaked, which I paid an additional $40. I am not a HAPPY camper, and I still can't get in touch with the service dept, no one answers the phone !”

“I got a good deal, but they shipped my antenna wrapped in paper, and separately shipped by pa speaker in bubble wrap alone. I have yet to hook up the parts, but I would not be surprised if the antenna and speaker are damaged. These items should of been protected better for shipping.”
