“So far customer service has been extremely poor! I have emailed all day over an antenna that wasn’t with my order and the only reply I got was what’s the order number. The only way to contact them is through email. Their phone number tells you to email. I would advise against buying here.”
“Terrible customer service. Sent them an email and the response I received was incredibly rude and no help to me at all. Definitely will not be ordering anything else and do not recommend to others.”
“Website is very easy to navigate and to find items I needed for both my older Cobra 2K and my newer President radios. Their prices are reasonable. All items shipped out in just 1 day and arrived 2 days later, all in perfect condition.Would purchase from this store again. Thanks!”
“Just got a Frequency meter took one week and was ship in its box inside of a envelope how it came was very dangerous the box was smashed in some but the meter was ok and does work just hope if I order a radio it would be pack better”
“Well the nut on back of the radio for the antennas was stripped out had to take one off the old radio and hope it holds. But for the money and the extra upgrades I should only have to hook up and go not worry about if it will hold or not.”
“I placed my order and on March 18th received an email that my item was on the way.. As of today I have not received the item I ordered.. According to the USPS, the package hasn't even been picked up yet... their website shows "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item".. that was on March 18th at 1:55pm. Can not do a proper review if I don't even have the item yet..”
