My ranger mic for my stryker 447 came one day earlier, which was only three or four days shipping and I was very happy of that and they even sent me an email saying it was out for delivery and making sure I got it saying it was delivered. I plan to get my next radios from them and contact them to build it how I want. (Looking for connex boards in some radios soon and a 497 stryker someday)
