They are super helpful, particularly when I was facing challenges, I failed the first time and I let them know they quickly adjusted and supported me , and I was so unlucky there was a power outage during my exam time when I was taking my second tryout. I let them know the situation and they help me out for free. So the overall service is outstanding and helpful. Tips, they might not be able to respond right away, but they will get back to you( I talked to them at midnight sometime, most of the time they will respond).
