“If you have a taxi card, which entitles you to 50% fare (government pays the rest), driver refused to activate it and there were two passenger who had a taxi card…driver said both didn’t work! Driver just didn’t want to use it. However the worst part of Spoto is that they don’t answer emails, phone calls or return calls.
Customer service is zero.
Stay clear of this so called taxi company.”
