Yes, they have replied to me in a previous month but I was not sure to proceed due to budget issues but after I resolved money part and made up my mind and decided no one is replying and I told them many times I am serious buyer, unfortunately no one is entertaining I really feel sad about it, despite of all of these good reviews
They have a good reputation but what can I do no one is talking to me to proceed, I feel insulted this is the first time that a customer is the one forcing begging the provider to make business, usually it's the company who convince and turn potential visitors into customers. I think they have a selective policy for customers..sad”
“I paid 700 dollars for dumps, that changed within a week and I never got the money back. I also paid for AWS $300 and booked the exam $350 and the dumps changed so I could not sit the exam. Last week I asked for the new dumps and I told them I would not pay for them, they refused to give me the dumps, until I paid for the exam. I was about to pay for the exam and they "said dear dumps have changed don't book"
I am currently out $700 (dumps) +$600 (exam) + $350(exam) + $300 (dumps) = $1950”
