I ordered a new case for my PC, they marked is as "despatched" quite quickly but turns out they didn't even have any in stock when they sold it to me and only did that to keep me as a customer instead of buying from elsewhere.
I spoke to someone on the phone who told me it was "lost" and I received an email an hour later telling me they didn't even have any. Absolutely shambles of a company.
Will never be purchasing from them again.
