Selling stock with next-day delivery plus a premium for the delivery costs then reveal that they have no stock to deliver. Unfortunately, you have to find this out yourself by chasing up your order.
The resolution is a promise of a call back in 48 hours to address the issue, which is 72 hours after I should have had the kit and no good to me.
