Do everything they can to avoid refunds
Returned 2 usb sticks, they could only provide blurry return labels which resulted in multiple trips to dpd drop off, they then didn't send the refund at all till I contacted them saying it hadn't been sent, then when they did send it they only refunded 1 of the 2 memory sticks I returned,
