Purchased a Cooler Master keyboard February 23. Developed faults in April 24, still under warranty. Rma'ed to manufacturer in Netherlands. Never delivered and returned to me a month later. Spoke to CCL who instructed me to return it to them which I did. A month later told they are quote "unable to contact their supplier" and they are returning the defective item to me. Do yourself a favour, use a real company like Scan UK or Ebuyer or Amazon. Clowns.
