Bought an Asus motherboard in mid February,bought the rest of parts to build new PC in December,went to build pc on Sunday December 8th, and took cover off CPU socket and noticed some bent pins. The box the motherboard came in was not sealed. I sent a photo to CCL customer service,after 3 days , they sent me a reply saying that it was an unopened box they sent and bent pins are not covered by warranty,it's a lie,the box had been opened, I am suspecting it's a customer return.Its not warranty issue it's a not fit for purpose issue, I will now go via the ombudsman to get this resolved hopefully
