Poor Service - Disinterested Company First impressions were that this was a good company to order from. I wanted to build my own computer, didn't want to have to rely on Amazon for parts and just wanted to get everything from the one company rather than have parts arrive at different times. Another positive was their compatibility checker, to make sure that all the hardware was capable of working together. Excellent, I thought. Their prices are competitive and if I have to pay for delivery then it's a small price to pay for getting everything from the one reputable company. Sadly, the experience quickly turned abysmal. First up, they told me they had a pricing issue with the processor and cancelled that part of the order, refunding me the money. Great, I thought, now I get a computer without a brain. I checked to see what had happened and they had upped the price of the CPU by 50 quid. So, off to Amazon I went to order the same CPU for 50 quid cheaper than they had changed it to. Next up was the email telling me that they didn't have the motherboard in stock and that I could cancel that part of the order or wait two weeks on it maybe arriving. I cancelled it and back to Amazon I went to order it for a slightly cheaper price. Eventually everything arrives (Amazon stuff arrives days before with free delivery even without Prime) and I got to assembling the computer. Everything went smoothly. Booted up the device, got into the bios, set a few things and booted to a Linux Mint installation USB. Set everything up. Looking good, and that's when I noticed one of the fans on case wasn't turning. Opened the case, removed the fan to examine it: loose wire poking out from the fan that couldn't be repaired. After cracking open the fan out of curiousity, I found that the wire had never been soldered to the circuit bored (in other words, it hadn't broken off or anything - there was no solder on the pad). Informed them of such, they said several days ago that they would forward my concerns on to customer service, and I haven't heard from them since.
