Well, they have decent prices.
That's it after that is all bad.
Postages - free ( that keep your item for over a week to send them later for the same company as if you pay for it (So just as a punishment for you choose free postage). Others company (scan, aria, ebuyer and even Currys) post your item next day for free.
Open box item - they are used ones (or maybe returned from customers) not just open box, ex-display or showroom.
After sales - Avoid at all
To end, I'll never used them again, no worth the pain just to save couple of £10.
