Awful company AVOID! Ordered a Gigabyte rtx 5090. Item arrived with a small defect on the power connector. Contacted CCL to arrange for a replacement, they told me they won't replace it as I didn't report the defect within 5 days or receiving it (it had been about 2 weeks), and then proceeded to accuse me of damaging it. They then stopped responding to me and have completely ignored me ever since. Had to raise a section 75 claim on my credit card for a refund. Dreadful. Won't be ordering from them again that's for sure. I did put alot of effort into the communication. I sent them lots of photos, it was all within the first 30 days of purchase, I even sent them back the item. But no matter what I said, they have decided I damaged the graphics card and that's that. Even sending the graphics card back to me. Claimed back with my credit card provider. Useless. God knows what I'm suppose to do with this defective card. VOID THIS COMPANY.
