A five star experience all the way. I ordered a Hikvision M2 series NVR, (which was a good price), and it was delivered super-quick. The only problem I've got is that for some reason the image settings of the first seven of my 14 externally switch-networked Hikvision cameras, (I don't use the POE ports atm), are not being recognised by the latest 416 firmware in the ds-7616ni-m2 NVR for some reason which is very strange but apart from that everything else seems to work OK - I just have to set the image/video settings of the first seven cameras via browser access to the cameras as I can't do it via the NVR. I can't see any obvious settings differences to explain it and there are no other problems - it's certainly much faster than the I series one it replaced. Any ideas gratefully accepted...
