I made an error with my initial order to CCTV Builder and had to organise a return and refund. Not so easy to do in the coronavirus crisis but the company made it very simple. The refund was more or less immediate on receipt of the wrongly ordered cameras and the newly ordered devices arrived by return. Excellent service.
