My hikvision poc dvr lost its HVR 4.0 ( MY FAULT )
Contacted them by email, and got a reply within 50min,
sent it down no problem at all,
Got it back a short time later , working first class,
Very Well Done To Stephen at Help Desk
And the service / Repairs Dept.
