“My hikvision poc dvr lost its HVR 4.0 ( MY FAULT ) Contacted them by email, and got a reply within 50min, sent it down no problem at all, Got it back a short time later , working first class, Very Well Done To Stephen at Help Desk And the service / Repairs Dept.”

“I purchased a camera kit from cctvtek about 5 years ago and had no problem with it until I switched it on today and the power box has a red flashing light, I rang and was told to email, I emailed had no reply, I’ve asked advice on live chat (was told to email again) which I said I’d already done. Was then told they hadn’t sold the product for many years and to speak to the technical dept, I tried and was told to email..... so I have a camera which probably has a simple fix but no one will help me Thanks cctvtek. Just remember who bought from you when you were a tiny company operating from a shop.”
