Shocking service. I purchased a jacket worth over £200. The item was to be delivered to a business address. The item was delivered and signed for by someone I do not know. There’s only one reception therefore unsure where the item has gone. Now the company are not willingly to take responsible and I’m left with a £214 bill. With no item to show for it. I’m shocked and saddened, as I purchase from this company a lot. This was a gift to my mum. Maybe to this company £214 is not a lot but during these uncertain times. It is to some of us. So I’m paying £214 for nothing?
