Purchased wrong xbox platform so haven’t downloaded key,recieved ticket after getting in touch 3 days ago i STILL havent had any satisfactory dialogue apart from one email with irrelevant information telling me case would be closed if i never answered,im annoyed that my original query was totally overlooked and the lack of communication from the customer service!
