I ordered a PS+ card and I immediately went to claim it when the email arrived. I put it in on the playstation app and was informed that it was used. CD said all its keys are new and I must have received it without knowing... My purchase history says otherwise. I was then brushed off saying that I had to fight sony and I would not be getting a replacement. Bizzarly enough, Pay pal sided with them because they could "prove delivery". Delivery of a used code!!!!
Anyway check the Better business Bureau page. Many customers have the same issue.
