Scummy website, shifting unjust blame on the customer I bought a key for a wrong game which we haven't even revealed. When I realised my mistake, I tried contacting customer support with hopes of getting my money back as the keys hadn't been revealed nor used. The response I've gotten basically nails down to: we've checked the codes, and they were unused when we sent them to you but you have redeemed them so we cannot issue a refund. Explain this to me, how could I have redeemed the code when I haven't even seen it? Anyways, when I try to escalate the issue, they double down and just shift the competences onto Steam (with which they are not affiliated in any way, shape or form). So I really do not recommend this grey market site.
