I had previously purchased a PC game from them with no issues. However, I purchased a digital code for the same game through them after experiencing no issues with my first purchase. The code says it was already in use. I have already tried to contact their support team and I have no received a response yet even though I was able to get in touch with someone after purchasing it and verifying if everything was okay. They did not reply to me afterwards. I have attached screenshots and still nothing.
