Bought what was supposed to be a PS Now code for my son. He put it in the PS4 and found what he had was a PS Plus code, but he did not realise that was not what it was supposed to be. Contacted customer services who did not even APOLOGISE for their error, every part of the process, the website, the email receipt and the download code link showed it as PS Now. Instead they told my tough luck it is my own fault for using the code that THEY SENT ME. No offer of a replacement, no offer of a discount on next purchase, not even a basic apology. Rude and scam.
