Digital codes are not given "instantly" after payment like what their website advertises. I spent about 3 days waiting for them to respond to my query about the digital code for the game I bought and they just respond with "please send so and so for more security checks." Worst customer support ever. Slow service and sketchy security check system. Don't waste your time buying from them.
