Avoid. CD keys was recommended to me by a close friend who had 3 previous transactions that went without any problems. Well different story for me. I placed a order for a 7$ game, immediately I received a email saying my order has been placed on hold which I understand but I received another email saying they want me to send a picture of my payment card placed on a piece of paper with the date and time written on it, the last digits of my card showing, expiry date and name. Well the card I use doesn't display my name. After a while they send me a email back saying that my name isn't on the card and they need a picture of a VALID ID with my name showing, expiry date and picture. Either a drivers license, passport or national ID..... I've been online shopping for years. Never and I repeat NEVER,has a website put a 7$ TRANSACTION ON HOLD AND NEEDS ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF A DRIVERS LICENCE. After going back and forth with what they call customer service. I canceled my order immediately and demanded a refund. I suggest you avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. CDKEYS has lost not only a sale but a customer for life. I understand trying to make sure that the card isn't hacked but for a SINGLE $7 purchase? F*ckin Seriously? I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY COMPANY. Please do everyone a favour and close up shop. F*CKIN USELESS
