Terrible experience after purchasing RAGE 2 PC (ASIA) + DLC. Received the wrong key. After using the key on Bethesda.net Launcher an error is received mentioning that the key is invalid. It is clear that they are selling fake/used keys.
Tried getting in touch with customer support however they were unable to provide any assistance. They acknowledged the issue however mentioned that it would take 10 days to determine whether an refund is applicable. So far have not received any response from them.
