@Celcom hopefully case aku kau settle kan cepat, i submit a report with prove on the 2nd June and until now tak settle. Other than that, I've called their customers services and they submit another report but still no update.(unreliable) and again called lagi sebab no update whatsoever. ( after 5 days of no notice or SMS or email ) no update, macam tak buat report je. Time aku, make the call AGAIN ( berapa banyak kali aku kene call sampai bill aku cecah 1000 ke.?! @celcom settle kat case aku cepat. Simple task guys! And bulan ni aku dah kene start bayar, Rm 500 and more monthly tapi barang mana. Aku bukan nak bayar 500 lebih but angin je. Disappointed, unreasonable, unprofessional. And check the calender it's already 23rd June. Dari 2nd June - 23rd June. Apakah in? Apa guna ada customer service but satu apa pun tak boleh pakai. Kenapa aku rasa macam, i have to begged. Aku ni customers bukan mengemis.
