Verge bad connection, truly need to change Telco, especially when you want to subscribe for fiber home or broadband or even postpaid, my suggestion is forget it and get another Telco, it's worse

ko paham sik aku tok bukan diam kat pedalaman. maseh tengah bandar tapi line mcm taik 🥰 dah la sebulan bayar bill bukan main sampe beratus, tapi aku masok rumah jak line aku hilang sikpat nak bodo agik kah? nyusah idup org jak mun ada apa2 emergency sikkan asal aku nak klaka aku diri rah pagar rumah nak? tolong lah improve, sikda function kau merge celcomdigi coi timpak2

CELCOM ANTARA YANG PALING TERUKK PENAH AKU GUNA.Sebelum ni guna telco lain bila nak switch ke telco lain tak de hal. TERUK GILA PUNYA SERVIS. call 1111 dah sepasal kena tunggu gilirin,kau asyik repeat soalan SAMA je kan. BILA AKU TANYA OUTSTANDING BILL ADA KE, KAU JAWAB TAK DE. BILA AKU REQUEST PORT OUT, MASA TU TU KAU HANTAR MSG ADA BILL KENA BAYAR. MACAM HANAT BETUL.UNTUK SEPT SAJA DAH TIGA KALI AKU BUAT BAYARAN BIL. TAPI MASIH TAK SELESAI. AKU REQUEST PORTOUT 15.09.24 HINGGA SEKARANG MASIH TAK BOLEH. BILA AKU DAIL 1111 ADA SORANG CS JAWAB AKU ADA LANGGAN CONTRACT PADA 17.09.24.. BODOH GILA..dah aku request portout pada 15.09 apa jadah aku nak pi langgan contract lagi. TICKET STATUS AKU DAH AUTOMATIC CLOSED, SEDANGKAN MASALAH BELUM SELESAI. Celcom overcharging my bill unnecessarily n when call they divert us to this CS to chat but NO RESPONSE…SUCH AS WASTE OF TIME n how long u PUT CUSTOMER WAITING FOR SO LONG…SERVICES SUCKS CELCOM!!! Have to find ANOTHER TELCO THAT CAN GIVE GOOD & PROMPT SERVICES!!! Take a look at SS as attached…WASTING TIME!!

I was in overseas but i had bad experience with celcom roaming charges before so i make sure i use a local sim card this time and disable celcom sim card totally but guess what, i was charged for using roaming. Call celcom but was never given any solid proof of my roaming usage and now i wanted to switch to other telco, they gave me a hard time switching. Total OKU tele company indeed. SCAM!

The worst celcom system.. Unable to port out eventhough u paid the hotbill n keep on repeating ask me to port out..... the same process n keep paying hotbill... What damn system is this??? Is this a scam? Where can I report this?

,I am receiving a call from Celcom saying that I need to pay bills that have been subscribe in 2019, but in fact,I didn't subsribe any postpaid plan. I called to the customer service of maxis and they saying that the postpaid plan was registered in my name and Ic already made a police report and they still calling me and asked me to pay back the total outstanding amount What should I do now?

Very poor connection in Kuching no matter if in city center or 12K out side of town center. Not reliable service, no confidence in this company.

Misleading charges, monthly bill wasn't transparent. Always find a way to charge me more. Never had a clear answer from the operator.

truly one of the internet providers of all time can you actually imagine upgrading your service just for it to get worse. it's night time and all you want to do is finish some work or relax by playing a game, then the internet just flatlines like it has nothing better to do half my hair turned grey and my lifespan was cut short using this internet provider. I also got a few headaches and now i want to eat lead, but at least i gained immortality from being a spirit of pure hatred now. dont waste your money on this garbage if i could rate zero or negative stars i'd do so celcom if your reading this you shouldnt even qualify as an internet provider, more like a pyramid scheme or something golddigger-esque

What's wrong with Celcom?! No, not just the app! Why did they make me pay so much compared to the bill price it was intended to be?! I didn't use the sim card for the last month, yet it made me pay twice the subcribed plan. This isn't the 1st time. & the app, they confuse me in multiple different areas, particularly the transaction history.

Celcom,your customer service is the worst!Not really keen to listen to customer problem and didnt help much at all.I called yesterday around 2pm asking for as assistance because i am unable to connect to my homefibre.the roouter keep on blinking wit the red light.i’ve been told a ticket will be raised for a techinician but until at this moment,i haven’t received any messages from your side.i am urgently need to use the internet and now i have to take leave and walk in to the nearest celcom centre!so in efficient celcom in handling customer issues!
