Bad experience in registering and activating the number. Cannot download the apps, and the qr is just appeared as white screen instead. After proceed with activation, the number still cannot be used.

Horrible service ,I am a Celcom user for over 10 years now and my bill was overcharged,called 111 for an enquiry regarding this matter ,first customer service assistant ,Namibiyar was helpful ,I called again and spoke to an assistant name Aisyah , horrible and unprofessional ethics .She fails to listen to a customer, but keep talking on her part , rude and not professional at all

Avoid Digi (CelcomDigi) – Poor Network & Customer Service I strongly advise against choosing Digi (CelcomDigi) for a new SIM card or porting your connection. For the past two months, my neighbors and I have been experiencing severe network issues. Despite multiple complaints, we received no response. After two months, Digi finally responded with an official statement, claiming that our area has a high number of concurrent users. This is an unacceptable excuse—if they cannot provide a stable network in a central city area, why are they still selling their service? If you’re considering Digi, think twice. Poor service, weak network, and zero accountability!

After celcom join digi, connection is too poor and slow, sometime connection is unstable. Not sometimes but always. At anywhere, celcomdigi is no good. Celcom, please do better.

Verge bad connection, truly need to change Telco, especially when you want to subscribe for fiber home or broadband or even postpaid, my suggestion is forget it and get another Telco, it's worse

ko paham sik aku tok bukan diam kat pedalaman. maseh tengah bandar tapi line mcm taik 🥰 dah la sebulan bayar bill bukan main sampe beratus, tapi aku masok rumah jak line aku hilang sikpat nak bodo agik kah? nyusah idup org jak mun ada apa2 emergency sikkan asal aku nak klaka aku diri rah pagar rumah nak? tolong lah improve, sikda function kau merge celcomdigi coi timpak2
