“Avoid Digi (CelcomDigi) – Poor Network & Customer Service
I strongly advise against choosing Digi (CelcomDigi) for a new SIM card or porting your connection. For the past two months, my neighbors and I have been experiencing severe network issues. Despite multiple complaints, we received no response.
After two months, Digi finally responded with an official statement, claiming that our area has a high number of concurrent users. This is an unacceptable excuse—if they cannot provide a stable network in a central city area, why are they still selling their service?
If you’re considering Digi, think twice. Poor service, weak network, and zero accountability!”
