Celcom is the worst Telco company in Southeast Asia...there's chronic corporate culture of treating their long-time loyal customers like garbage and their management team is somehow out of touch with reality regarding the actual quality of their company's offered services in the market.

Just changed to celcom about 1 month, hoping for better 4G line. But too bad, its worst then previous telco which i use for the last 8 years. First hand experience, celcom much more unreliable and not stable. Very dissappointing!!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS internet providing service, no difference even when I'm in the middle of the city. Outrageous price for such a bad connection, extremely unstable, sometimes drops to E+ for no reason.

Bad connection. 4g like slowest ever telco. Gamers dont pick celcom as your telco, always disconnect, make you lose. Really dont recommend celcom to other people.

Im using the 95 premium plan which offer an 30gb of high speed interne for weekdays and 10gb for weekend with the price of RM95. But i already subcribe to combine the weekend and weekdays which makes me pay monthly of RM100+. I can say it is fast and can get until 100mbps. But, it is not constantly fast. Meaning you will still get a buffered while watching an online movie through any website. Plus, if you are a gamer, Celcom is absolutely not for you. You will get the delayed connection throughout the game. And this is my biggest problem with Celcom. I hope they will fix it.

ko paham sik aku tok bukan diam kat pedalaman. maseh tengah bandar tapi line mcm taik 🥰 dah la sebulan bayar bill bukan main sampe beratus, tapi aku masok rumah jak line aku hilang sikpat nak bodo agik kah? nyusah idup org jak mun ada apa2 emergency sikkan asal aku nak klaka aku diri rah pagar rumah nak? tolong lah improve, sikda function kau merge celcomdigi coi timpak2

The worst celcom system.. Unable to port out eventhough u paid the hotbill n keep on repeating ask me to port out..... the same process n keep paying hotbill... What damn system is this??? Is this a scam? Where can I report this?

Butoh celcom hotline customer service.. nk angkat phone lama dekat 10min, lepas angkat dh explain macam2 siap kasi order ID pastu buat2 cakap dan drop call.. aku call balik dkt 20min pastu tak angkat langsung.. BUTOH SIAL!! SAKIT HATI DGN CUSTOMER SERVICE MCM LANCAU!! Kalau x urgent aku xde nk tunggu lama2 smpai 30min call.. BABI!! PEGAWAI YG JAWAB CALL AKU TU KALAU AKU JUMPA MMG AKU MAKI DPN2.. SIAL!!

I wonder whether celcomdigi should promote your service like this. you CelcomDigi have hired suspected thugs/gangsters for debt recovery. What happened today to me was: I have an account number with Celcom but have terminated it few months back. at the time of termination in the Garden branch i wanted to resolve all payment but i was informed that the account was not finalised, i can only pay the remaining outstanding later of the month. timess goes on and i didnt realise Celcom had send me the latest bill. until this weeek, i have been receiving calls from different number, multiple personnels claims to be from celcom asking for the outstanding of RM 81++. they been very agressive and demanding me to pay by the day itself. asking me what time i can complete the payment. they was rather agressive but i just ignore. i had a new born baby so it is impossinble for me to resolve the matter immediately. on 11.5.2023, early morning about 8am i received a similar call, someone claiming to be from celcom demanding payment in an agressive way. i was annoyed and i told the person off , saying that i will pay it is only RM 80++ i wont run away. but she still questioning me ask me what time i will pay and all. i hung up the phone. on the same day, about 1245pm, an unknown number call again asking me to clear the celcom payment again. this time the guy was very very rude, i said pls stop calling i will make the payment. he questioned me when and ask me to pay immediately, he even shouted and me and scold me with vulgar word. i asked for his name but he refused to give me his name, he challenged me to go to celcom tower and threatened to beat me up if he sees me. he has all my details and i feel my safety is threateneed. I have called celcom hotline but no answer being given to me and i feel deeply dissapointed. i will make a police report once i settle down my new born baby. according to celcom hotline it was not the celcom officer but it was a htird party debt collector, CelcomCelcomDigi can you explain why u give out your customer details to third party and how u can ensure the third party didnt abuse the data? am i safe now as the person had threatened me.. i fwill take all ncessaray action including but not limited to make police report, lodge a complaint to mcmc also take legal action against you on monday.

Celcom, Please take care of your clients (us) seriously, I'm officially telling your service need to be improve and look into it. Your customer service often hang out the call (if they couldn't solve the issue or answering client's question. My situation was on the 17 August2023, phone number was barred due to late payment. Then at first i called customer service on (0196011111) she told me to sent my payment received which i had paid don the afternoon, and kindly sent it to the Celcom whatsapp support (0196861111) i told what she did and sent all the related documents. Then an hour later, celcom's support on whatsapp told me this issue due to company account must to contact (1111) because they can't access much info. Then at the end around 10:55PM i call to this (1111) celcom support, they told me issue can't be solve must to wait for 3 days to unbarred the line. And told me couldn't do anything at all, guess what at the end suddenly straight end my call after (28 mins) of calling. God bless your service, since we are supporting using your network for more than 5 years. and this is all the solution you are always providing to us.

Duduk kat bandar pun line haram J, apa bnda la celcom ni, duk kat kg bole la kira, ni tgh bandar, line kadang E!! Kepala hotak! Dalam hosp lagi la, nak call pun xlepas! Customer servis pun kelaut, staff semua makan taik ke apa. Dulu mmg best pakai celcom,, skng TIDAK LAGI

Unstable network even in the middle of night. Unlimited experience not really unlimited. Why pay more for uncapped speed when it still slow? Celcom try to scam user by capping the speed.

I visit Malaysia for a short period of time every few months when I visit my in-laws. During that time I would like to have a good access to the internet. Unfortunately the connection is very slow for long periods of time and occasionally its good. When I called the customer service I listened to the ambitious plan of 5G nationwide! I couldn't believe my ears what's the point of starting 5G when many areas don't even have basic internet connectivity! I don't get this selective internet connection. It's like the bandwidth is shared between areas ! I also checked the base station signal and it was good but with no internet! Being connected nowadays is very important because of people have online business and online meetings, with these connectivity unfortunately it's not feasible. Please get your 3G, 4G network up and running with decent speeds first before dreaming of 5G! Good luck

Buat sesuatu di kawasan perkampungan line takde sentiasa di gelang patah.aku top up 1 bulan internet bukan untuk saja saja aku nak tengok tik tok instagram chatting bangsat kalau takde juga perubahan aku akan lakukan sesuatu yang akan pastikan kau bangkrup
