“Horrible service ,I am a Celcom user for over 10 years now and my bill was overcharged,called 111 for an enquiry regarding this matter ,first customer service assistant ,Namibiyar was helpful ,I called again and spoke to an assistant name Aisyah , horrible and unprofessional ethics
.She fails to listen to a customer, but keep talking on her part , rude and not professional at all”

I strongly advise against choosing Digi (CelcomDigi) for a new SIM card or porting your connection. For the past two months, my neighbors and I have been experiencing severe network issues. Despite multiple complaints, we received no response.
After two months, Digi finally responded with an official statement, claiming that our area has a high number of concurrent users. This is an unacceptable excuse—if they cannot provide a stable network in a central city area, why are they still selling their service?
If you’re considering Digi, think twice. Poor service, weak network, and zero accountability!”

“I was in overseas but i had bad experience with celcom roaming charges before so i make sure i use a local sim card this time and disable celcom sim card totally but guess what, i was charged for using roaming. Call celcom but was never given any solid proof of my roaming usage and now i wanted to switch to other telco, they gave me a hard time switching. Total OKU tele company indeed. SCAM!”
