CelcomDigi is No 1 Network in Malaysia,this product born in 1988 until now 2024 , actually for 4G LTE and 5G Network is better for All user...langit pun blh,lantai pun blh...天地通.... Hope All still support CelcomDigi 5G Network. Ikhlas Dari Celcom Malaysia (Axiata Group)

celcom is very bad network provider..the plan are expensive but is too slow everywhere even i am in town shah alam..centre..shame on you..celcom better carefull..

I am an existing Celcom subscriber and planned to buy iPhone 13 pro or pro max from Celcom cube in Aeon Bandaraya Melaka. Once I arrived there I asked a Celcom representative if either of the iPhone models was available. He replied no. I expected him to make enquiries from the other branch in Melaka Raya but he did no such thing. I proceeded to say that I would then have to buy it on line. I felt somewhat disappointed and thought I may switch to another telecommunications company to purchase the smart phone of my choice. I decided to drive over to Celcom Cube at Melaka Raya and I’m glad I did. I approached a young man named Alex who said he would ask his colleague. Meanwhile he gave me a queue number and showed me to the waiting area to have a seat and said that I will be attended to shortly. Cik Ainie Roslani attended to me and she said that she will check the stocks. Within a few minutes she informed me that there were two iPhone 13 pro left and helped me make my choice. Once I had decided on the iPhone I wanted she proceeded on to do all the documentation with changes made to my celcom post paid plan. Once payment was made, Alex helped me with setting up my new phone and to assist me to transfer all my current apps to the new phone. Cik Ainie also informed me of Celcom’s other services which may be of interest to me. I am truly impressed by both Cik Ainie and Alex’s customer service. I strongly recommend Celcom Cube Melaka Raya to all customers. Ribuan terima kasih, Cik Ainie dan Alex!

Celcom have the best coverage for almost every place. You will never hear a celcom user complain about how slow the line is. It is expensive but it worth it because the data speed is fast and smooth.

Celcom prepaid is the best among all others. I would encourage all to use Celcom as it offers the best customization and I am sure for the others too. I am writing this to give as an encouragement to Celcom to keep all its existing freebies for all prepaid users.

Im using the 95 premium plan which offer an 30gb of high speed interne for weekdays and 10gb for weekend with the price of RM95. But i already subcribe to combine the weekend and weekdays which makes me pay monthly of RM100+. I can say it is fast and can get until 100mbps. But, it is not constantly fast. Meaning you will still get a buffered while watching an online movie through any website. Plus, if you are a gamer, Celcom is absolutely not for you. You will get the delayed connection throughout the game. And this is my biggest problem with Celcom. I hope they will fix it.

It all started when you accidentally charged me the termination fee for EasyPhone plan for thousands of ringgit (which I didnt terminate at all and still abiding by paying the monthly without haste) until my cred card reached its limit. So I can’t use the card for other usage. After that, my phoneline been barred twice whereas its not my fault. Can’t use my google maps in car navigation, call people when in need or make online payments when its urgent. I called online customer service TWICE, they said wanted to resolve in 2-3hours, but, sadly a day went by nothing happened, so I had to go down BlueCube multiple times just to settle their own fuckups. Now, they said it took 14 days in process to settle this issue but now it has been almost 3 weeks, baru nak action on the issue. Currently, my card still declined, phoneline still barred and I can’t use my phone and credit card for everyday purpose. This is all happened when it is not my fault but your own fuck-up. I expected better. Very disappointing. Take note @celcom

Their internet coverage is bad. Sometimes I bring my laptop home to settle some work. I don't have any WiFi connection at home, so I will use my data as hotspot. It's horrendous. Sometimes, the reading will go below 1mbps. I have informed them numerous times, but their standard answer will be they're upgrading. They have been 'upgrading' for years, yet their services are getting worse.

Celcom is the worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with. Given incorrect information from everyone I spoke to in several celcom outlets and their bluecube office. I have tried to cancel my post paid service at their office due to terrble coverage in Senibong Cove, and my mobile picking up Singapore towers whilst still in Malaysia. Customer service is non existent and their sales staff are inept. I was told I had to purchase a post paid sim as I as a foreigner, and pay a 150 ringitt deposit which is not true. Have since purchased a Maxis prepaid sim and their coverage and customer service has been excellent.

The worse internet provided ever. Since join venture with digi. Celcom become much worse than before. Also it affected digi at my area. Before this i can watch youtube video at 1080p hd with no lag using digi. After celcom join venture with digi, i can only watch video using 360p. If use 720p, video start lagging. And celcom internet? I can watch youtube video at 240p. Download 10mb app at playstore take 30 minutes. Well done celcom. Will change to other provider after this.

this is officially the worst internet service provider ever. It's barely able to load a normal webpage now. AND it took 10 whole minutes to even download 4 MB stuff that's right 10 WHOLE minutes to download 4 MB files. Even this back in 2023 works better. If you're switching to Celcom, Please don't, you will regret it.

Ever since celcom joined with DIGI it has been such a USELESS. Better stop giving people fake hope . And if ade sapa nak tukar lain plss not to DIGI AND CELCOME .. U MOBILE is way better than is both useless.
