The network coverage is strong, especially in urban areas, and I rarely experience dropped calls or slow internet. Their data plans are reasonably priced and offer good value, especially with the unlimited options and frequent promotions. Customer service is usually responsive, though there were times I had to wait a bit longer than expected. The Celcom Life app makes managing my account super easy—topping up, checking usage, and paying bills can all be done quickly. One area they could improve on is coverage in some rural areas, which still feels a bit spotty. But for everyday use in the city, Celcom has been reliable and efficient.
