"Avoid Digi (CelcomDigi) \u2013 Poor Network & Customer Service\r\n\r\nI strongly advise against choosing Digi (CelcomDigi) for a new SIM card or porting your connection. For the past two months, my neighbors and I have been experiencing severe network issues. Despite multiple complaints, we received no response.\r\n\r\nAfter two months, Digi finally responded with an official statement, claiming that our area has a high number of concurrent users. This is an unacceptable excuse\u2014if they cannot provide a stable network in a central city area, why are they still selling their service?\r\n\r\nIf you\u2019re considering Digi, think twice. Poor service, weak network, and zero accountability!"
